New Cottages
Each cottage has a large great room with a spectacular view of Alder Lake, a beautiful kitchen, 2 lovely bathrooms, 3 comfortable bedrooms, plus a washer & dryer. Click on each cottage to see the floor plans & pictures.

Mill Point Resort also has a New Game Room which includes a pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, ping pong, board games and books. Also included is a 50 inch TV for use with DVDs or Videos (bring your own or choose from our library), Satellite TV and access to Wireless Internet. View Game Room Photos

Private Home on Alder Lake
This home is on the famous Manitowish Waters Chain of Lakes but not connected to Mill Point Resort. The Private Home and the resort do not share amenities. You can enjoy sun all day because it faces south and it is great for the swimming enthusiast. It is a three bedroom house that sleeps 7 (2 Q, 3T Beds). Adjacent to the private home is a guest cottage that sleeps 4 (2 Full Beds). This cottage can be rented separately. These 2 cottages share a pier, kayaks and canoe but each have a private row boat.
Each of our six Housekeeping cottages are equipped with:
  • New: Satellite TV in all cottages
  • Washer & Dryer
  • Refrigerator/freezer
  • Electric range and oven
  • Microwave
  • Automatic coffee maker
  • Full compliment of cookware, dishes,
    glasses & utensils
  • Pillows, sheets and warm blankets

  • Adirondack chairs
  • Private pier
  • 12ft row boat
  • Common fire pit (wood provided)

  • Each cottage has it's own private pier


You will need to bring your own bath towels & life jackets.



The southwest exposure of the resort allows
the sun to warm the golden sand beach early
each morning and finish the day with a view
of the beautiful sunset over Alder Lake.

  • All 6 Mill Point Resort Cottages have a max capacity of 8. The Private Home has a max capacity of 9, the Guest Cottage 6.

  • Please add 5.5 % sales tax and 4.5 % room tax

  • Prime Season (June 16 through Sept 1)
    Weekly only - Saturday to Saturday
    Check-in 2:00 p.m. -- Check-out 10:00 a.m.

  • Off Season (Sept 1 to June 16)
    Check-in and Check-out times are flexible
    2-Night Minimum stay required

  • A deposit of ($200 for each week of each cottage) is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due prior to departure. Payment needs to be via personal check or cash. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.

  • Signed rental agreement and deposit are required for all cottages
    2012 RENTAL AGREEMENT

  • Reservations are considered final upon confirmation. Deposits are non-refundable.

  • For the comfort of our guests, NO PETS are allowed.

  • All buildings are smoke free.

  • Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.
