Cottage 3 has a large great room with windows on three sides. This cottage is only 30 feet from the water’s edge and has a private pier with a fishing boat. There are 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The following changes have been added to cottage 3 to make it wheel
chair/walker friendly, entrance ramp, 36 inch exterior and interior doors,
bath room grab bars.
